How long will it take to receive my photo order?
Delivery times vary by product. Standard photo prints are typically processed within 24 hours, while custom home decor such as canvas prints, acrylic blocks, and metal wall art take 5-10 business days for production and shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For your convenience, we also offer digital wallet options like PayPal and interest-free payment plans via Afterpay and LatitudePay.
Can I pick up my order from a Harvey Norman store?
Yes, we offer a 'Click & Collect' service. During checkout, you can select your nearest Harvey Norman Photo Centre location. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
What is your return policy for personalized products?
As each item is custom-made with your unique photos, we cannot offer returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
How do I know if my photo resolution is high enough for printing?
Our online creator tool features a built-in quality indicator. If your photo resolution is too low for the selected product size, a warning icon will appear to help ensure your home decor looks sharp and professional.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Harvey Norman Photo Centre only ships to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
